Four Schools Enjoy Circuit of Activities

On the last Friday of term Woodfield, Whitleigh, Beechwood and Oakwood primary schools made their way to Sir John Hunt with their Year 2 multi skills teams. Forty eight students attended the event and there was a fantastic buzz! The event was organised and run by Miss Warring’s Year 10 core PE group and it was the students first experience of leading such an activity.

There was a circuit of activities where each group got a chance to try their hand at each activity. There were six stations that the students were able to take part in; crossing the swamp, human bowling, a football relay, a tennis relay, squeeze and a target throw.

Four Schools Activities

The Year 2 students loved their time at the College and the Year 10’s proved themselves to be fantastic leaders gaining a huge amount of praise from both teachers and those parents that attended. Well done Tyler, Preston, Annie, Jade, Lauren, Shannon, Olivia, Ellie, Jasmine, Chloe, Paige and Ellie.
